My SMEG fridge was over ten years old so when it went kaput I wasn't sure it was repairable. Booked on line and everything clear and straightforward and cost explained. Appointment made. I was uodated on the Engineer Appointment the whole time. He arrived at the time advised. Very pleasant and professional man. Couldn't fix it there and then as it was the thermostat but ordered part. So another appointment was made when the part was available and same Engineer came. All successfully sorted and a lot cheaper than a new SMEG. You do pay up front but that was clearly explained. Will definitely use the company again should the need arise
